When two forces acting on an object are not equal in size. It can cause a still object to move, a moving object to speed up or slow down.
It is the distance traveled per unit of time.
A measure of how far an object has traveled from its starting point, or how far away it is.
That which does not cause a change in motion. These are the push or pull forces that acts on the body giving out the net force as zero.
It is the force which moves an aircraft through the air. It is used to overcome the drag of an airplane, and to overcome the weight of a rocket.
